Conceptual title sequence inspired by the Sitges – International Fantastic Film Festival, built around the idea that not everything seen on screen can be fully explained.
PRE-PRODUCTION
Inspired by the emotional language of fantasy, horror, and science fiction cinema, the preproduction of this title sequence focused on translating psychological states into visual atmosphere rather than explicit narrative. Early research explored how light, sound, and abstraction could evoke sensations of anxiety, fascination, and uncertainty—core emotions associated with genre storytelling.

Early Design
Concept development revolved around distorted perception, unstable spaces, and neon light as expressive tools, blurring the line between illusion and reality. Moodboards, visual references, and storyboards were used to define a sensory-driven approach, where rhythm, contrast, and typography function as emotional signals instead of descriptive elements.
