I'm a Motion Designer and Illustrator with a passion for cinema, video games, and animation, currently based in Savannah, GA.
My career began over 12 years ago in Bogotá, Colombia, where I primarily worked in design. It wasn’t until I completed my bachelor's degree in graphic design that I discovered Motion Media—it was love at first sight!
My career began over 12 years ago in Bogotá, Colombia, where I primarily worked in design. It wasn’t until I completed my bachelor's degree in graphic design that I discovered Motion Media—it was love at first sight!
Seven years after earning my degree, I packed my life into a couple of bags and migrated to the USA to attend SCAD for a Master of Arts in Motion Media Design.
My background in graphic design and illustration has allowed me to work on diverse projects in the audiovisual arts. This includes motion graphics, frame-by-frame animation, art direction, and illustration for motion. I've learned and applied a range of techniques, from traditional animation to web animations and 3D motion graphics.
Throughout my career, my primary focus has been on creating strong, clear visual concepts that result in cohesive and unique outcomes.
I also have a passion for teaching. In recent years, I've served as a professor at various academies and universities in my home country, where I teach courses and masterclasses in illustration, motion design, and art direction.
I'm a cat lover, cartoon animation nerd, indie videogame enthusiast, and Scorsese fan!
